What a wonderful experience. Negotiated the car over the phone on Friday. No funny business. They gave me a good number and I gave them a deposit. On Monday when I went to pick it up, I showed up as their doors were opening (and two hours earlier than I had told them.) They rushed to prep the car and got me in and out of there fast, as I had requested. Helen led the charge. So nice to work with her. (And thank you Jason as well.)
The Staff at this location is exceptional, super professional and they provide outstanding service! My sales rep was very proactive - delivering results customers love! The finance manager is spot on with due diligence, providing step by step financial processes leading to transparent outcomes! The Sales Manager for L/Certified cars leads by example creating a 'welcome home' aura indicative of the whole team's attitude - as we all know....in professional work environments - attitude reflects management!! I went to the dealership to essentially waste some time before a Jason Aldean concert in Atlantic City, NJ. When I arrived Helen Bitzberger showed my wife an I a demo which just came available. We took it for a test drive and I ended up buying the car. She was friendly and professional, but not pushing a hard sale.
Went for my first Lexus certified service. The process was seamless and easy. I received a brand new GX for the day and I unfortunately had to return it. When I went to pick up the car, all my minor issues were addressed and vehicle was serviced/washed, I did forget to tell them about a plastic push clip that was missing from the engine cover. Professional and courteous sales representative--Helen Bitzberger. She listened to our needs and concerns. We test drove two vehicles and purchased the second vehicle. Helen provided us with a detailed breakdown of the costs, options, and taxes---no hidden fees---Helen coordinated the sale with our insurance company and when we drove off the lot we had a printed copy of the Insurance Identification card. along with motor vehicle registration documents.

The Atlantic City Service Department always does a good job for us. They are professional in their work and always let us know if anything may need attention at our next visit. They have always been able to schedule us in a few days. Our hometown Lexus Dealer often makes us wait three weeks. We have been coming here for 20 years and their superior service department was a major factor in deciding to purchase our current car here.
I don't know how to get them to service my 2024 RX 350L when they don't answer their phone and don't return messages. I called the service department twice wiith no call back. I called the Asst. Service Manager and left a message that was not returned and then the next day I called the Service Manager Manager and left a message and e did not return my call.

Tina was excellent in taking the time to understand the issue of us not having the lock to remove our tire in order to fix the flat. She not only handled our emergency with in 24 hours but found a lock we could purchase. This is the second time she has handled our situation in an excellent customer service manner.
I don’t know how they get any good reviews. Their prices are not competitive with other Lexus dealers. I have tried to buy from them on two separate occasions an RX 350 in 2017 and 2023 and after giving them every chance, ended up going elsewhere. I can’t remember when they returned my phone calls for service on the first attempt. I have to try several times to get someone to make an appointment.for me. Concierge meets you at your car, knows your name and takes you to your service advisor. Registration is quick and easy, they even walk you to your loaner car. Everyone you walk by says hello. Pickup is just as good as drop off.
